Terms and Conditions
- The “Love in the City” activity redemption period is valid from 20 January 2025 to 2 February 2025. Limited quotas available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
- Each S⁺ REWARDS Member is limited to redeeming one “Love in the City” participation opportunity quota within redemption period once.
- 50 Points are required to redeem one “Love in the City” participation opportunity quota. Members who make a single electronic payment transaction of HK$100 or above at S+ REWARDS participating merchants at the Participating Malls, Hotels and Locations, and successfully register the Points with the merchant-issued eligible sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment receipts can earn 1 Point.
- To view the designated merchants at the Participating Malls, Hotels and Locations where spendings can be registered as Points, Members can visit the S⁺ REWARDS App > ‘My Account’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Shop List’ page. - The event organizer reserves the right to screen participants.
- Upon successful redemption of a participation opportunity quota, an event registration link will be sent to Member’s “Inbox” in the S⁺ REWARDS App within 3 working days.
- Members must complete and submit the registration form via the event registration link by 5 February 2025. Any failure on the part of Member to do so for any reason whatsoever will result in the automatic forfeiture of the participation opportunity quota. For the avoidance of doubt, the Points used in the redemption of the participation opportunity quota will not be returned or credited back to the Member.

- Participants must ensure that any information they submit is genuine and correct. Once the application is submitted, no further modifications will be allowed.
- If event organizer considers any character or content, including but not limited to: abusive, obscene, profane, hateful, offensive, racist or otherwise objectionable or unreasonable, event organizer reserves the right to remove any character or content without notice or further arrangement. The decision of event organizer shall be final and conclusive.
- If participants indicate in the event registration link that they wish to provide photos for display on the LED walls, staff will contact them via email to submit photos for review. Participants should check their email inbox and agree that they are the sole copyright holders of the photos. The event organizers will not be responsible for any legal liability or compensation for any loss if the photos are not taken or owned by the participants themselves. Participants are responsible for any issues related to ownership and portrait rights of the photos.
- Members who successfully redeem the quota and complete the registration form, and are selected, will receive an email confirmation of the display date and time of the love message by 10 February 2025. Points will be refunded by 28 February 2025 for Members who are not selected. This gift ([Love in the City] Opportunity to Display Love Message) will automatically shown as an “Expired” gift on the Member’s “My Rewards” page at 11:59pm on 10 February 2025. This is not directly related to whether the Member successfully participates in the event.
- Selected Members will receive a commemorative photo of the exclusive walls via email by 28 February 2025.
- Each screen message will be displayed for 1 minute. The display time and order will be determined by the company.
- All “Love in the City” participation opportunity quotas are NOT FOR SALE, non-exchangeable for cash and/or other gifts, and are non-returnable (except for unselected Members).
- On the day of the screen message display, participants can witness the display on site, participants must arrive at the display location before their scheduled display time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and no reissues or further processing will be provided.
- The Organizer will capture photos and videos during the event for promotional purposes. Ownership of all such media belongs to the event organizer. Participants consent to the use of these images and videos for public display or promotional purposes without further notification.
- If a Black Rainstorm Warning or Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above is issued, the event will be canceled and a refund will be arranged.
- Aside from the aforementioned adverse weather arrangements, Point refund or other arrangement shall not be made upon successful reservation for the Members who successfully redeemed the quota, completed the registration form, and are selected.
- In no event shall the event organizer be held liable for any delay, errors, omissions, loss, damage or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature or causes beyond their reasonable control including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God or delays or non-performance by third parties.

- All rewards have limited daily quotas applied on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Each person is limited to participating in the ‘Chinese New Year Red Packets Redemption’ and ‘Chinese New Year Spending Delights’ promotions once per day. Once the rewards are exhausted, the redemption activity will end immediately without further notice.

- The Organizer will capture photos and videos during the event for promotional purposes. Ownership of all such media belongs to the event organizer. Participants consent to the use of these images and videos for public display or promotional purposes without further notification.
- If a Black Rainstorm Warning or Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above is issued, the event will be canceled and a refund will be arranged.

- All rewards have limited daily quotas applied on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Each person is limited to participating in the ‘Chinese New Year Red Packets Redemption’ and ‘Chinese New Year Spending Delights’ promotions once per day. Once the rewards are exhausted, the redemption activity will end immediately without further notice.
